I bring more than 20 years of experience spanning HR and Talent Acquisition leadership, corporate recruiting, and career coaching. Throughout my career in HR and recruiting, which included leading Talent Acquisition at a Fortune 100 company, I saw firsthand the pressures of “do more with less,” the toll on candidate experience, and the challenges recruiters face when req loads are unmanageable.
After moving into career coaching, I heard daily from candidates about their frustrations with low-touch, technology-driven hiring processes. That perspective gave me a unique view of recruiting from both sides of the table — and reinforced what I already knew: the process isn’t broken, but it too often leaves leaders, teams, and candidates dissatisfied.
That’s what brought me back to recruiting. Today, I focus on providing a different kind of recruiting support — Affordable. Attentive. Aligned. I partner with small to mid-sized businesses that need help filling critical roles, building teams, and protecting their employment brand. My model is intentionally lean: lower fees than traditional headhunters, a small number of active searches at once, and a candidate experience rooted in respect and responsiveness.
What drives me now is helping organizations hire in a way that works better for everyone involved — leaders, teams, and candidates alike. I am committed to making recruiting not just more efficient, but more human, so each hire strengthens both the business and the people who make it run.
