With more than 20 years in HR, Talent Acquisition leadership, corporate recruiting, and career coaching, I’ve spent my career inside the realities of hiring—from leading Talent Acquisition at a Fortune 100 company to supporting candidates through career transitions.
Along the way, I saw the strain unmanageable req loads place on recruiters, the pressure leaders carry when a role is critical, and the frustration candidates feel when hiring becomes impersonal or rushed. Those experiences gave me a clear view from both sides of the table.
Today, I partner closely with leaders to translate the reality of their organization—its roles, culture, and expectations—into conversations that candidates can genuinely understand. I pay attention to the details that matter, stay grounded in the business context, and approach each interaction with care, knowing that every candidate experience reflects the organization long before an offer is made.
